Using Sta-Moist™ and Jumbo Gel™
in Decorative Containers
Create Holiday displays with jumbo gel or stamoist
gel. These craft ideas can be created by dying your crystals and
placing them
in different shaped vases. Check some of these out.
 Halloween:
Create
holiday displays with jumbo gel or stamoist gel. This craft can
be created by placing orange dye on the crystals and place
in a flatter round vase. Place a black candle in the center of
the gel. Then carefully spread fake cobweb on and around the creation.
And lastly place the spider for the finishing touch.
 FLOATING
CANDLES:
These can be made by using tubular vases or ivy vases. Place
the colored gel of your choice in the vase. Than just place a
floating
candle of your choice.
 CHRISTMAS
CANDLES:
Color coordinate for the season. This can be made by using tubular
vases. Place the colored gel of your choice in the vase. Here green,
red and clear gel has been used. Then place a matching floating
candle on top of the gel.
Just re-hydrate the gel as necessary
throughout the Holiday season, to keep your Christmas candles fresh
and beautiful.
 Flower
Vases:
Give your fresh flower arrangements added color and beauty
with Sta-Moist™ Crystals died to a matching or coordinating

For
all of your decorative container projects, just following the directions
shown below.
For
use in decorative containers with no dirt:
 1.
Add 1 packet (1 tbls) to 1/2 gallon of distilled water, and
let sit for three hours.
2. Put in colander and let sit for 1/2 hour to drain excess water.
3. If desired, color with food coloring or add sparkles and drain.
4. Wash dirt off root system of plants with warm water; cut roots to 2 - 3
inches.
5. Transplant plants in Polymer, cover roots to where dirt line was, no deeper.
If germinating seeds, sprinkle seeds on the surface of Polymer and cover 2
- 3 days.
6. Add distilled water every 4 - 8 weeks. Prepare plant food according to manufacturers
instructions but use in greatly reduced amounts, as needed. The granules remain
effective throughout thousands of swell/shrink cycles (5 years).
